These Pepperoni Hawaiian Roll Sliders are such a fun and easy dinner idea. They have all the flavors of pizza, but in a melty, baked slider version that comes together fast. This is a great recipe for busy nights, game day, or even a weekend lunch.

Description

These pepperoni Hawaiian roll sliders are a simple baked pizza-style dinner made with mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, and soft rolls. Perfect for busy nights or family meals.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
  3. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread marinara sauce over the rolls.
  5. Add half the mozzarella, then the pepperoni, then the rest of the mozzarella.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls on.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake another 5 to 7 minutes until golden.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Note

Serve with extra marinara for dipping. These are also a great easy dinner for nights when nobody feels like cooking.
