These easy French Dip Sliders are one of my favorite weeknight dinners because they feel like something you’d order at a restaurant but come together in about 30 minutes. Tender roast beef, melty provolone cheese, buttery Hawaiian rolls, and a rich homemade au jus make this meal a family favorite.
I love recipes like this because they don’t require a long ingredient list or a lot of prep. Everything bakes together in one dish, and while the sliders are in the oven, you can quickly make the homemade au jus on the stovetop. Since Aldi no longer carries au jus packets in many stores, this homemade version is just as delicious and uses ingredients you may already have in your pantry.
Whether you’re feeding your family on a busy weeknight, hosting friends for the big game, or just craving something warm and comforting, these sliders always disappear fast!
