About

Hi! I’m Taylor!

There was a time in my life that felt really scary.

I remember standing in my kitchen, stressed and overwhelmed, genuinely afraid I wasn’t going to be able to make dinner for my family. Not because I didn’t want to cook-but because groceries were expensive, money felt tight, and wasting food wasn’t an option.

So I started doing the only thing that made sense:
I built my dinner plans around the same ingredients, using them in multiple meals throughout the week. That one change helped lower our grocery bill, reduce food waste, and bring a little bit of peace back into our evenings.

What started as a survival strategy quickly turned into something more.

I’ve always found joy in helping others, and I realized there were so many people feeling exactly how I once did-overwhelmed, discouraged, and convinced that cooking on a budget was impossible. I knew I could help show that it doesn’t have to be complicated, and it doesn’t have to feel defeating.

Today, I create simple, budget-friendly dinner plans designed for real families and real life-meals that stretch ingredients, save money, and actually get eaten.

Outside of the kitchen, I’m currently finishing my prerequisites for a dental hygiene program and working part-time at a cancer center as a clerical assistant to the infusion nurses. It’s work that keeps me grounded and grateful every single day.

I’m also an extremely proud mom, and none of this would be possible without my fiancé-whose unwavering support, encouragement, and willingness to roll with my “crazy” ideas makes all of this happen.

This space isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up, doing the best you can, and making dinner feel doable again.

If you’re here, you’re not alone-and I’m really glad you found your way here.

My goal is to offer straightforward, simple-to-follow recipes that are wholesome and actually taste good.
