Did you know that you can make 20 chicken tenders and a full sheet pans worth of diced potatoes with only 2 chicken breasts and 3 potatoes?? Recipe here ⬇️Parmesan Roasted Potatoes:Ingredients* 2 pounds russet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes* 2 tablespoons olive oil* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese* 1 teaspoon garlic powder* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning* Salt and pepper, to tasteDirections1. Toss everything together on a baking sheet.2. Roast at 425°F for 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through.3. Sprinkle with a little extra Parmesan before serving if desired.Crispy Oven Chicken TendersIngredientsChicken* 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips* ½ cup all-purpose flour* 2 eggs* 1 tablespoon milkBreading* 1½ cups Italian-style breadcrumbs* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese* 1 teaspoon garlic powder* 1 teaspoon onion powder* 1 teaspoon paprika* ½ teaspoon black pepper* ½ teaspoon saltInstructions1. Preheat oven to 425°F.2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Let’s make these extra cheesy French Dip Sliders! French Dip Ingredients:* 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls* 1 pound deli roast beef* 8 slices provolone cheese* 4 tablespoons butter, melted* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce* 1 teaspoon garlic powder* 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes (or 1 tablespoon finely minced onion)* 1 teaspoon dried parsleyHomemade Au Jus:* 2 cups beef broth* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce* 1 teaspoon garlic powder* ½ teaspoon onion powder* ¼ teaspoon black pepperDirections: Preheat your oven to 350°F.2. Without separating the rolls, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.3. Place the bottom half into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.4. Layer half of the provolone cheese over the rolls.5. Evenly layer the roast beef over the cheese.6. Add the remaining provolone slices.7. Place the top half of the rolls back on.8.
