The only chill recipe you need 🧡🧡 celery salt is my favorite ingredient for chili, it just pulls in all the flavors so well! Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 small yellow onion, diced 1 bell pepper, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans or chili beans, drained and rinsed 2 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 3 cups tomato juice ½ tsp celery salt Directions: 1. Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper to a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook for 6–8 minutes until the beef is browned and vegetables begin to soften. Drain excess grease if necessary. 2. Add garlic and tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. 3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds. 4. Add tomato juice, celery salt, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, pinto beans, and Worcestershire sauce. 5.Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. 6. Simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Continue simmering for another 10–15 minutes if you prefer a thicker chili. 8. Taste and adjust seasonings before serving. 9. Enjoy!
