Description

These garlic butter steak bites with roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make. A restaurant-style dinner made at home in under 40 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Toss broccoli and sweet potato cubes in olive oil and roast at 425°F for 20 min

  2. Cut 1.5 lbs sirloin/stew meat into chunks. Sear in a skillet with salt + pepper. Remove.

  3. Toss in 2 tbsp butter, 4 cloves garlic, and roasted broccoli + sweet potato cubes (already roasted at 425°F for 20 min). Add steak back + swirl everything in garlic butter. Ummm, chef’s kiss.

Note

Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing steak, this helps get that golden crust.

Sirloin gives the best balance of tenderness and affordability.

Want extra flavor? Finish with a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of fresh parsley.
