This beef and cabbage stir fry is cheap, crunchy, and filling. Made with ground beef, cabbage, and simple pantry staples ready in under 30 minutes.

  1. Brown 1 lb ground beef with garlic + onion.

  2. Add half a head of shredded cabbage + 1 shredded carrot. Splash in soy sauce (or coconut aminos) + sesame oil. Stir until cabbage softens. Cheap, crunchy, filling, your wallet will love this one.
