Description

This Chicken Alfredo Tortellini Bake is an easy comfort food dinner made with cheese tortellini, Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, and melty mozzarella cheese. A quick and family-friendly casserole perfect for busy weeknights!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package directions until just tender. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix tortellini, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in half the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Note

  • Rotisserie chicken works perfectly in this recipe.
  • Add broccoli to make it extra filling.
  • Use a little pasta water if the sauce feels too thick.
  • Great for leftovers the next day.
