This Garlic Butter Chicken & Rice Bake is exactly the kind of dinner I lean on during busy weeks when I don’t want to stand in the kitchen all night. Everything bakes together in one dish, the rice turns out buttery and flavorful, and it’s one of those meals the whole family will happily eat.
I especially love recipes like this during the end-of-school chaos because you can throw it together quickly, pop it in the oven, and move on to everything else that needs done.
