This Week’s Dinner Lineup
Smash Burger Tacos
These went viral for a reason. Ground beef cooks directly onto tortillas for crispy edges and tons of flavor, then gets topped with shredded lettuce, cheese, and burger sauce.
Serve with: fries, fruit, or chips
👉 Perfect for: quick weeknight dinner nights
Cheesy Baked Taco Rice Skillet
Everything cooks together in one pan, seasoned beef, rice, tomatoes, and melted cheese.
This is one of those meals that makes great leftovers for lunch the next day.
Serve with: tortilla chips or sour cream
👉 Perfect for: busy nights when you don’t want dishes
BBQ Chicken Flatbread Melts
Flatbread + shredded chicken + BBQ sauce + mozzarella = an easy pizza-style dinner that feels fun but costs way less than takeout.
Serve with: side salad or roasted veggies
👉 Perfect for: picky eaters
Pepperoni Hawaiian Roll Sliders
These are like mini baked pizza sandwiches and always disappear fast.
They’re one of my favorite shortcut dinners when the week gets busy.
Serve with: fruit, pasta salad, or veggies
👉 Perfect for: family movie night dinners
Crispy Honey Garlic Pork Bowls
Sweet and savory ground pork tossed in a sticky honey garlic sauce and served over rice with fresh cucumbers.
Better-than-takeout flavor using simple pantry ingredients.
Serve with: steamed broccoli or egg rolls
👉 Perfect for: meal prep leftovers
French Dip Sliders
Soft Hawaiian rolls layered with roast beef, melty provolone, and brushed with buttery au jus seasoning before baking until golden.
Serve with dipping sauce on the side and dinner feels extra special with almost no effort.
Serve with: roasted potatoes or chips
👉 Perfect for: comfort food nights
Sheet Pan Sausage and Crispy Potatoes
Smoked sausage roasts alongside potatoes and peppers for an easy one-pan dinner with almost no cleanup.
Simple ingredients, big flavor.
Serve with: side salad or green beans
👉 Perfect for: low-effort evenings

That means fewer specialty ingredients and less waste.
