Description

These Crispy Honey Garlic Pork Bowls are a quick and affordable takeout-style dinner made with ground pork, rice, and a sweet garlic sauce. Ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for busy weeknights.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the rolls by slicing the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected).
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Layer roast beef evenly across the rolls.
  5. Add provolone slices over the roast beef.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of dry au jus seasoning from the packet.
  8. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  11. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing remaining au jus packet with water according to package directions.
  12. Serve sliders warm with au jus on the side for dipping.
