If your family loves loaded baked potatoes, this one-pan skillet version is going to be a huge hit.
Tender potatoes cook together with seasoned ground beef and get finished with melty cheese for a simple comfort-food dinner that feels filling without being expensive. It uses basic ingredients most families already keep on hand and comes together in about 30 minutes.
This is one of my favorite meals to make when grocery prices are high but everyone still wants something warm and satisfying at the end of the day.
Serve it with a veggie on the side or enjoy it just as it is, it’s hearty enough to stand alone.
