This Creamy Spinach Parmesan Pasta is one of my favorite dinners to make when I need something quick, affordable, and guaranteed to be eaten without complaints.

It uses simple ingredients you probably already have on hand and comes together in one pot, which makes cleanup easy on busy nights. The creamy parmesan sauce coats the pasta perfectly while the spinach adds just enough freshness to balance everything out.

Even better, this is a great meatless dinner option that still feels filling and comforting.

Serve it on its own or add chicken if you want extra protein.
