Description

This sheet pan sausage and potatoes recipe is a simple one-pan dinner made with smoked sausage, crispy roasted potatoes, and onions. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Add potatoes and onion to a large sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss well and spread out evenly.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Add sliced sausage to the pan and toss everything together.
  7. Roast another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
  8. Drizzle with hot honey if desired before serving.

Note

This is great on its own, but you could also add green beans or broccoli to stretch it a little further.
