Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, garlic, and rice vinegar. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and shred. (Optional: whisk cornstarch with water and stir into sauce to thicken for 10 minutes.)
  5. Serve over cooked rice with steamed broccoli.
