If you’re bored of the same old weeknight dinners, these Cheeseburger Biscuit Bombs are about to become a new favorite. They’re everything you love about a cheeseburger, juicy beef, melty cheese, wrapped up in soft, golden biscuits.

These were an absolute hit in our house. Everyone loved them, and there were zero leftovers (which never happens).

They’re perfect for busy nights, picky eaters, or when you just want dinner to feel fun again.

Description

Cheeseburger Biscuit Bombs are an easy, kid-friendly dinner made with ground beef, cheese, and canned biscuits. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease.

  3. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.

  4. Add 1–2 tablespoons cooked beef and a sprinkle of shredded cheese to the center.

  5. Wrap the biscuit around the filling and pinch closed, rolling gently into a ball.

  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Don’t overfill or the biscuits may pop open
