If you need a dinner that’s quick, easy, and always a hit with kids, these BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizzas are one of my favorite weeknight shortcuts. They come together in minutes using rotisserie chicken, shredded cheese, and BBQ sauce, but they taste like something you ordered from a restaurant.

This is one of those dinners I make when I don’t feel like cooking but still want something warm and homemade. Flatbreads crisp up perfectly in the oven and make the easiest pizza base without any extra prep.

You can keep these simple or add toppings like red onion or pineapple depending on what your family likes. Serve them with fruit, salad, or veggies and dinner is done.
