This Chicken Alfredo Tortellini Bake is an easy comfort food dinner made with cheese tortellini, Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, and melty mozzarella cheese. A quick and family-friendly casserole perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ins
Spinach
Broccoli
Bacon crumbles
Crushed red pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook tortellini according to package directions until just tender. Drain.

In a large bowl, mix tortellini, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in half the mozzarella cheese.

Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Note

Rotisserie chicken works perfectly in this recipe.
Add broccoli to make it extra filling.
Use a little pasta water if the sauce feels too thick.
Great for leftovers the next day.
