This Chicken Stuffing Bake is a creamy chicken casserole topped with savory stuffing mix for an easy comfort-food dinner. It’s a budget-friendly family recipe perfect for weeknights and makes great leftovers.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (1/2 cup for soup mixture, 1 cup for stuffing)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional:
  • Frozen green beans
  • Frozen peas
  • Shredded cheese
Instructions
