Cheeseburger Biscuit Bombs are an easy, kid-friendly dinner made with ground beef, cheese, and canned biscuits. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
Add 1–2 tablespoons cooked beef and a sprinkle of shredded cheese to the center.
Wrap the biscuit around the filling and pinch closed, rolling gently into a ball.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
